Letter on Demand is a young organisation supported by an experienced advisory council in the Netherlands, an initiative of Ars Bene Laborandi B.V.. The company name means ‘The art of working well’. Acting as a consultancy to assist with strategic decisions and monitor the company’s development, the council also intervenes if necessary. The members of the advisory council are:
Casper van Kempen
Previously CEO of Wolters Kluwer NV, Mr van Kempen has over 25 years’ experience as a publisher in Europe and the United States. Since 2000 he has worked as a business consultant in the media sector with a special interest in the innovation and implementation of successful strategies. He is also vice-president of Springer Science and Business Media and involved in ANP Holding BV, Koninklijke Swets, Zeitlinger Holding BV and Koninklijke Boom Uitgever B.V.
Hildegard Pelzer
As executive director of Governance Support B.V., Ms Pelzer specialises in corporate governance. She has more than 15 years’ experience as a consultant, including as associate partner at Boer & Croon. Her particular areas of interest are corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, strategic development and organisational design. She works for both the public and the private sectors and is also experienced in leading complex business re-organisations.
